Introduction & Acceptance

- You may hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited.

tkapk may request identity documents or proof of age for account verification at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering on tkapk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Name, date of birth, email address, and contact details must not be false or provided under another person's name. Full responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect information lies with the user.
3.2 Password & Account Security
Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. You are strongly advised not to share your login details, password, or any security information with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the tkapk support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time through support. tkapk reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the interest of ensuring fair play.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
Accepted payment methods on tkapk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Your identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- tkapk may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
4.3 Transaction Failures
tkapk is not responsible for failed transactions caused by technical errors or issues with third-party payment providers, but we will make every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tkapk offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus giving a total of ৳24,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Example: to unlock a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳30,000 in bets must be placed — only then can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
- Multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or bank account may not claim a bonus.
- Bonuses may apply to specific games or betting categories — refer to the specific terms of each offer.
- tkapk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
VIP Program & Rewards
tkapk's VIP program has four tiers. Members advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and enjoy increased benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback and priority support.
tkapk retains discretionary authority to determine VIP tier status and adjust cashback amounts. Benefits are non-transferable.
Game Rules & Fair Play
7.1 Permitted Activity
All gaming and betting activity on the tkapk platform should be conducted for personal entertainment. Users are encouraged to use the platform honestly and with consideration of their own risk.
7.2 Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkapk:
- Strategic betting to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
- Coordinating with other users to attempt to influence betting outcomes.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
For any of the above violations, tkapk reserves the right to suspend the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action.
Sports Betting Terms
tkapk's sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please note the following terms before placing bets:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that event is refunded or settled according to the applicable rules.
- tkapk may change market odds at any time — the odds at the time the bet is placed will apply.
- If there is a dispute over the outcome of an event, tkapk's decision will be considered final.
